Pam was born and raised in Charlton (Saratoga County), New York. After graduating from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake in 1999, she received her undergrad degree at Princeton University, and her law degree with high honors (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University. Pam has been practicing law since 2006.  She moved back home to Burnt Hills, New York in 2019 with her husband, Joe; their two sons, Dominic (10) and Luigi (8); and their rescue animals Luna (the best cat) and Buddy (the best dog). Pam founded Starsia Law in 2020, and believes strongly in the Personal Family Lawyer® way of serving her clients. She is proud to serve as a trusted advisor for life to many members of her hometown community.

Joe joined the family business after practicing commercial litigation at an international litigation firm.  Joe grew up in Charlottesville , Virginia, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Lynchburg, where he played on the men’s lacrosse team.  After college, Joe coached men’s lacrosse at the collegiate level for ten years, concluding his career back in Charlottesville, where Dominic and Luigi were born.  After coaching, Joe received his law degree with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Chancellor. Joe is passionate about bringing practical, client-focused advice to his community.

Susan Polsinelli

Personal Family Lawyer®

Susan joined Starsia Law after operating her own boutique estate planning law firm in nearby Niskayuna. She received her undergrad degree and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Southern California. She was awarded a Harry S. Truman Scholarship for graduate studies and received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998.

In 2003, Susan and her husband Vincent moved to the Capital Region to live near family and raise Luca (18) Leo (16) and Hazel (also claimed as the best dog!). Before joining the Estate Planning legal community, Susan worked as a prosecuting attorney and in corporate litigation and training. She is grateful that each day she gets to help families in our community find the kind of peace of mind that comes from knowing that they have provided for a life and legacy that will care for their loved ones - no matter what.
